Daniel play/directs the Princeton Symphony Orchestra at the Princeton Festival, in a programme including Max Richyer's Seasons and works by Golijov and Vivaldi.

Daniel play/directs the Espinho Festival Orchestra, with soloist Martin Fröst (clarinet).

Daniel returns to Stellenbosch for the 20th SICMF, the great festival that hosts artists from all over the world. Several concerts ast the beautiful Endler Hall.

Daniel performs the Korngold Concerto with the National Orchestra of Chile, in Santiago de Chile.
